Our mission at Modaka kennels is the training and development of all breeds of foot-hunted pointing dogs.

We develop "cover" dogs for hunting, cover dog field trials, and walking shooting dog competition dogs.

As specialists, we strive to breed and train bird dogs that hunt hard but are easily handled in all hunting environments especially the grouse woods.

Our kennel breeds high quality English Setter and Pointer bloodlines for hunting and wild bird competition.

We also work with the flushing and retrieving breeds.

We look forward to serving your needs...boarding, training, dog/puppy procurement, stud and brood matron services, and owner/handler education.
